Friends Being a part of the Templars doesn't exactly give Steel much free time, he has to oversee his own men and constantly be on the lookout for criminal activity. For those that work under him or above him he has a fondness of, those that are his sub commander peers often get the best interaction from him. On his rare bits of off time it's not hard to approach him [even though he walks around as though he's wearing armor at all times]; were he to find someone relatively attractive however he'd likely end up flirting with them in some manner or another.
Enemies Being what amounts to the military police of Fiore earns you the respect of all right? Wrong. It makes you a huge target for those Dark guild trash; it's not hard to be an enemy of steel if you're a criminal of any kind. Usually when he meets some Dark guildian he offers them a deal if they don't outright attack him. Serve him as an informant and gain a little protection from being in a dark guild or Serve time in prison until you decide to go to a proper "light" guild. He rarely wishes to take someone's life but... That's how things play out sometimes.
Lovers Were someone to accept him completely they'd have his undivided attention when he wasn't working [hell sometimes he might even make pit-stops to said person if he was on the job and they were nearbye.] and he'd shower them with affection or gifts. He however is fairly sure he's not ready for a fully committed relationship [kids and even moving in together] even though he's quickly approaching 30.
