Bellua looked back and forth looking for a place that struck her fancy, she couldn't see anything that really spoke to her, well there was a clearing on a higher rooftop over there... It didn't speak to her just yet. Though still if you couldn't find a place you liked, you made one! Bellua turned around holding her hand up in the universal 'one second' gesture she was totally assume was universal but hey no way it wasn't, and leaned backwards over the rail falling towards the ground. landing on her feet and crouching down to keep the bones in her leg from shooting up into her chest cavity.
"Never underestimate the power of lighting." She murmured the market place was still open and right there so it was easy to grab a few lantern Lacrima. With her prize collected she paid the nice store owner and immediately began her ascent towards her desired place. She put them up floating in varied places in the sky above the rooftop. She lit them with her magic dark colored flames reflecting light and casting shadows who's shape's kept changing as the fire's danced in the lantern. "I think I'm missing something." She said backing off to the edge of the roof and leaning back staring at the place. Flat surface, plenty of room, and the laterns creating a weird dusk effect in the middle of the day.... No wait something was missing, and I mean something other than the music that she forgot... "I think I need a second opinion~"

"The atmosphere looks fantastic," Roxanne winked, putting one hand on her hip as she looked around. "Ah, I know!" she snapped her fingers as she was surrounded by a brilliant flaming light; the next moment her uniform was replaced by a fancy dress, her hair once again down, though a little fancier than normal. "Uniforms are sexy and all, but no good for dancing," she shrugged. "I can only requip to so many different sets of clothes before I need to actually change like a normal person so I can store the look for later, but I've been holding onto this one for awhile," she chuckled.
"That also means if it's too fancy I can dress down a bit, but it certainly won't be the same for a dance." She leaned against a wall and watched one of the lacrima lamps for a moment. "I think that means all we're missing is some music..." she looked back at Bellua, a patient grin on her face, "And us." Roxanne thought of something before anything more could happen. "Oh, and contrary to my bad girl self, I'm really only any good at ballroom dancing. I was taught that starting when I was seven and never really learned anything else."
"Ballroom dancing?" Bellua asked aloud not really sure why she phrased that as a question, she wasn't really surprised. Roxy did come from a wealthy and controlling family after all. She would be disappointed if they didn't teach her ballroom dancing, that's like a staple of controlling parents in stories. They always, always taught the poor young heiress ballroom dancing and/or ballet, both of which learned in her spare time she had a lot of it recently. "Well you're in luck I got plenty of soothing ballroom music on my music lacrima." She said reaching into her pocket and pulling out her music player. She flipped through her music smiling at the device, it was so advanced! Her home never had anything like this, she found some suitable music and started playing the music for them.
"I'm not that good at ballroom dancing I didn't have a lot of practice I spent more time learning Ballet, it seemed more fun and Ballet dancer are all so uptight it's a lot of fun to get on their nerves." Bellua said with more than a hint of pride, she liked stirring up trouble watching people react to her probing. It was really funny to watch someone think you're just there mocking them instead of learning when learning was exactly what you were doing she was just having fun while she did it. "Well my point is that I'll be relying on you to take the lead okay Roxy?" Bellua asked extending a hand towards her and flashing her a smile. "I really like this song, finding this piece and a group who could perform it was an adventure all it's own."

Slow dancing with a cute girl, eh? Oh yeah... Roxy could get behind that. "Taking the lead comes naturally. I'm a lexington, after all. Even if I am their black sheep." She winked at Bellua, taking her hand. "And next time you need some sort of favor, well... I know people. Maybe it won't take you so long to get the song you want." Roxy started dancing, taking the lead as promised. Sure, she could ballet as well, though not nearly at the same level. She was more of a gymnast by trade now; both dark guilds and Templars were rather high in the athletics requirements and Roxanne... well, she always claimed it kept her in good shape.
Roxanne flashed her own, gentler smile. Finding someone attractive was no reason to just drool over yourself and look like an idiot or a jerk. Heck, it was the best reason not to in her experience. The pair danced, doing the old dance Roxanne's tutors had taught her. It wasn't her father or mother. Heavens no. The rich didn't teach, they hired people to. Ugh. No wonder she was so bitter about home. She'd learned in her adventures that real family enjoyed actually bonding, not claming they were bonded just because of blood or something. "You have good tastes. Though, I'm a fan of all sorts of music my father or mother would have covered their ears and yelled at me over. I'm just not as good at dancing to it," she chuckled.
