Sebastian is often times said to be a ‘handsome man’ with a round head and a well defined jaw line; with skin painted a pale caramel tint. He is a creature of elegance equipped with long full eyelashes surrounding his stormy grey visage and powerful arches of brown hair above his deep, penetrating gaze. A petite nose fills the center of his face and full pink lips are sculpted perfectly above his chisled chin. Ropes of midnight are woven into his round head, most times appearing jet black but showing their beautiful chocolate color in the suns light.
While he sports a 6 foot 2 inch tall and slender 200lbs build, he is not lacking in masculine development; boasting a set of defined abdominal muscles and well defined legs. A man both attractive and in his prime a bemused smile will find its a way to his calm and quiet features, when he sees something he finds to be beautiful or amusing in some way. Sebastian also has a plethora of solid steel piercings in his body, including his nipples, his lobes, two in his upper left ear, and five in his right ear; and each piece of jewelry is shaped like a screw, or bolt.
Sebastian's main choice of wardrobe generally consists of a typical mesh undershirt, with a black long sleeved shirt and matching black pants, with black shoes completing the outfit. While he doesn’t wear the same clothes everyday, he does enjoying wearing lots of black, but he isn’t opposed to putting some form of color into his clothes with accessories and such.

Sebastian is someone who cannot be described through some marvelous quote or a song, and is a rather difficult man to pin down. Confidence irradiates from his being, yet he is more warm than condescending; taking people as they simply are rather than creating false images in his head, and doesn't seem to mind how you interpret him- if you do so at all. Often times standing at his full height, with his arms crossed and his face expressionless making him seem inapproachable; this is hardly the case. His confidence is actually an act to ward off any potential drama and upon speaking to him you'll see he is kind at heart, taking on a calm and genuine tone in his words. This has lead others to mistake his kindness for weakness though, and he isn’t ALWAYS as sweet as people think, being someone who is brutally honest and remorseless-ly so. Mainly so that he isn’t emotionally conflicted, but also because he feels like everyone could use a bit of harsh reality every once in a while. Not to HURT someone’s feelings, more to get them off their high horse, which even he needs sometimes.
Trying to stay in control of his emotions at all times, he is someone you can be assured will not react to any given situation or person with aggression. Though he may often indulge and give his opinion over things that don't concern him, he actually has no interest in petty debacles over trivial matters and if challenged will simply shrug you off with a snide or sarcastic comment. Resorting to a tempering tone before actually physically harming someone, often choosing to cause environmental complications for foes before actually hurting them. Showing that even with the possibility of outright overpowering his opponents he shows self restraint. Despite this thoughtfulness, once he is provoked and angry you will wish you hadn't angered him as he becomes more aggressive and shows far less restraint. Not to the point where he would obliterate an opponent, but to the point where his main goal is to take them out as quick as possible. He didn't get into the likes of Fairy Tail by being a naive sweet heart after all.
Being a member of Fairy tail however has made him a bit insecure, unsure if he's truly worthy of the title after many years and often times trying to prove himself to whomever he meets. Though Sebastian isn't exactly loud mouthed when doing so and it's more in his actions while on or off the battlefield, as he's protective over his comrades or anyone he holds dear. With the death of other wizards he has grown close to taking a toll on him, he often times will offer to give up his own life in order to save his allies or at least buy them time.
Sebastian, as a young man, was far less willing to listen to others as he is now and would often see himself as right and them as wrong. He had a temper just as dangerous as a volcano and could dish out the same amount of damage if provoked, leading some to calling him "Simmering Sebastian". Though this name is limited to people he has known as a kid and family friends. The only people who he seemed to listen to were his brother and friends, viewing them as extended family and even going so far as to refer to them as brother and sister. He would protect his 'siblings' through anything and if they were caught doing wrong, Sebastian would take the blame or help them escape. They kept him grounded and level headed, teaching the hot headed young wizard how to show compassion to others, leading to his kind behavior this very day.
Family is essential in Sebastian’s mind, whether it be keeping close to his friends, or maintaining a relationship with his brother, it is important none the less. The desire to be loved by a man or woman and build his own family is powerful for him and this can lead to his romantic tendencies to be manipulated, and while strong and self-reliant in other aspects his heart can be easily wounded. This also makes the wizard incredibly protective over his friends and family, and any wrong doing toward them is taken VERY personally; usually resulting in Sebastian’s wraith being summoned. Sebastian’s most prominent trait however is his ability to think and strategize in the heat of battle, seemingly always having a plan before facing an opponent. Often times staying in the background in a fight so he can observe and study his opponent, often times saving him from severe injury and causing his opponents to second guess who they're up against. Being a 'tactical and analytical genius' from what others say, and capable of leading a victory plan against opponents who outrank himself and his allies.

Sebastian and his younger brother Charles were born to Ezra and Gwendolyn Fontaine in the slums of a small caribbean island. Gwen was never exceptionally close to her two sons and would rather spend time with her ’imaginary friends’ than with her own children. This was because she had been a victim of multiple personality disorder, leaving her mind a broken and shattered mess. Ezra wasn’t exactly ‘father of the year’ either, and would often times waste the little money they had coming in on beer to drown his sorrows. Barely buying any food for his family. Often times the boys ate what little scraps he would give them and if their mother was in her sane mind set, she would often give them her food. This lead to the two boys bonding at a young age, realizing they needed each other to succeed, and survive in life.
At the age of 7, Sebastian and 6 year old Charlie began to use their adorable looks and status as ’homeless’ to get food from strangers and other homeless people in their ‘sector’ who were willing to share with the children. This held them over until the boys learned to steal from grocery stores and small shops with little problem given their natural street smarts and intellectual prowess, and even without any form of education the boys were naturally gifted. They knew how to take care of themselves, they were -for lack of a better word- raised to do so.
When Sebastian turned 8 Gwendolyn committed suicide because she couldn’t live with her mind the way it was anymore and Ezra began to take out the anger of his wife’s death on their children. After a week of the abuse, Charlie convinced him that they had to leave and make a life of their own and at first Sebastian was reluctant to do so; as he didn’t want to leave his father in such a state. But he would do anything for his little brother, and so he left with him.
Living on their own was simple enough, they knew how to steal and would sleep and eat at homeless shelters and constantly stayed on the move until they were taken in by an adoption agency. The boys were hard to show off to families as they were full of attitude and lacked proper manners but they soon noticed the types of children who were being adopted and decided it was a time for a change. Having a discussion amongst themselves, the brothers knew that they would have to behave themselves in order to be adopted so that when they were old enough to take care of themselves the right way, they could do so.
After about 6 months the boys were picked up by the upper class family of the Thomas’. David Thomas was a politician and his wife, Angelica, was an A list actress who was infertile and was desperate to have children. Though the reason they adopted Sebastian and Charles wasn’t only for that fact, but also because they were attempting to clean up their own shady reputations; by taking in the homeless, family-less kids. Angelica showed the children off at every relevant event and pretty soon the boys had their own fame that seemed to rival their ‘mothers’ just for simply existing. Tutors and a private school education were given to the now 10 year old boys and life seemed to be perfect. They no longer had to struggle to live another day and the family moved to Fiore for job opportunities, living a few months of utter peace after the move; and then it happened.
The nightmare… The awakening…
The now 11 year old Sebastian had awoken one night from a nightmare of his mothers suicide and the sheer intensity of his emotions caused his body to send out a wave of air, while his scream shot out fire, the ground quaked violently, and the skies release a heavy rain. Only stopping once his brother hugged him and told him everything was going to be ok. Sebastian and Charlie embraced and promised not to tell their parents about what happened and assumed that everything was fine, but his mother and father had secretly witnessed the entire thing from the doorway. The next morning, Gwendolyn told the boy that he was capable of utilizing magic and as such had to train to become a capable wizard and join a guild.
Doing as his mother said, Sebastian left to go and join Fairy Tail and was followed by his brother who had decided he would take up a magic of his own and fight along side his older brother. The boys spent the next 10 years as members of Fairy Tail, taking on missions and growing as Wizards with the help of their parents fortune to provide for them. Sebastian and Charlie were already famous so getting jobs in their own respective fields of talent weren't too difficult, earning their own fortune through their missions and careers. Which brings us to the present day, where Sebastian still studies to improve his magics even more.
Primary Magic
Name: Elemental Nexus Description: This form of magic allows the user in question to manipulate the four basic elements, through different spells, at an atomic level. This can also be used to channel the other sub elements through the combining of different elemental energies and the acts of elctrogenesis, cryogensis, hyrdogenesis, pyrogenesis, and so on. With control of these elements being on a atomic level, the wizard is also able to change the properties of the elements such as creating solid fire, or changing ice to water and back again, granting the usage of the four basic elements in any form they are present (controlling refined pieces of earth in metals, or whipping around hot steam). This does not allow the user to control technical elements such as light, shadow, gravity, and so on; only allowing the control and production of the four elements (earth, wind, fire, and water) and their subcategories (ice, steam, snow, magma, metal, electricity, ash, sand, crystal, etc).
Signature Ability
Name: Elemental Resonance Element: Earth, Wind, Fire, Water Description: By activating this spell, Sebastian is able to feel the true connection the four elements have within himself and as such he is able to control these elements freely for an indefinite duration before he exhausts the spell. However, the spell then cannot be activated for the same duration it was active, and while doing this he cannot use the subsets of elements by any means (so he wont be throwing around lightning and lava, only the four main elements).
