Name: Dryad’s Legacy.
Description: Neala’s magic is based entirely in her tree half, she has little magic power without it. with it though she has impressive control over plants, being able to direct vines and roots as she pleases. Smaller plants with smaller roots aren’t very useful. To make up for this she gets physically more powerful around these smaller plants while her control over plants gets more powerful over the larger ones. Ideally her magic is best used in a vivid combination of both large plants and small ones so she can switch the benefit back and forth. She can also summon her tree to her if he has enough energy allowing her to use more than the simple buff spells her magic uses. There is also minor control over plants in general(ignoring whether or not she has planted a part of herself in the area) promoting growth and extended her senses a bit.
Her magic has two main uses, Buff spells based around plants, and controlling plants themselves. There are only a few offensive options with her magic being mostly supportive. her main offensive option comes from using strong vines to assault and restrain her enemies, if she wants to beat people up otherwise she needs to do it herself. A cool side effect of tying her senses to the local plant life means that the way she perceives things is different than normal peoples, illusions may not work on her properly while in her home field.
As far as weaknesses goes obviously there is lack of combat use outside of supportive roles, most plants are susceptible to fire, though she and her tree are slightly resistant due to their nature as northern waste trees but that only helps them specifically and not by much. A resistance is totally not an immunity. Also looking through the plants to locate enemies leaves her body slightly open as it can be easy to get lost among the plants and lose your sense of self.
Name: The Tree of Life.
Element: Plant
Description: Neala plants her tree or a part of her tree(normally a branch) in an area creating a home field where Neala is connected to the plants of the area. The creation of this area is signaled by the tree(Or whatever branch she jammed in the ground) setting it's bark on fire like the trees do back in the Furan forests. Her senses are then tied to the local flora, making it difficult to sneak up on her It also gives her better control over the trees in the area allowing her to use her magic to the fullest. While not her best or most powerful ability it is the most convenient and most used allowing her to utilize her magic with more ease. The distance that the home field covers isn't extremely large, about the size of a large backyard. She can extend this distance with a bit of effort and energy poured into the spell, but outside of her maximum range(Near 50 feet in every direction, with 30 being her optimal range.) her power peters off and weakens, quickly becoming useless.
As an aside if she uses this spell with her actual tree it affects and entire area such as an entire building, instead of a range. it can not be undone either meaning that her tree will be stuck there forever forcing her to break branches off of it if she wants to continue using this spell. Which hurts, a lot. Though it does promote the growth of other plants in the area, leading to a better home field.
Leaving a home field makes the spells of her Dryad Legacy far weaker, with only a few of the buff being useful.

Molding magics have the benefit of being only really limited by the users imagination. It is a useful magic that has a single thing over other magics a spell that allows the user to merge with wood and Trees and allowing them to move through the wood with incredible speed.

Name: Woodmake Blade
Element: Wood
Description: Neala creates a blade of variable size and shape out of hardened wood, the blade is durable enough to serve it's intended purpose. though being made of wood it's not like it'll stand up to a real magic blade for too long, a few strikes at most if used well parrying might extends it's life span. It can be anything from an ancient short sword or a large claymore.
Name: Woodmake Shield
Element: Wood
Description: A shield of thickened and hardened wood, not unlike the wood used for her fortress. it's thick and durable and has a variable shape being anything from a kite shield to a tower shield to a circular spear wielders shield.
Equipment: Neala has only a few bit of equipment but they are all special and deserve note.
Her Parasol: Made of a ultra thick and durable transparent material. The staff of the parasol contains a lacrima, it contents enabling her to fire off limited shots of energy. It's normally kept empty but occasionally it's kept filled in order to be used in combat. It is filled with branches of her tree making it a convenient tool that she often keeps on her person. Its durability makes it a pretty sweet weapon to have on hand.
Her clothing: Made of toughened cloth, and layered with flexible armored plates. The clothing is durable and retains heat rather well, as a side effect it is also ungodly heavy.
Tool kit: Is actually a large side bag containing several kits for different trades including sewing, lock picking, and other trades, the most easily accessible being the medical kit, rather than a simple med kit with bandages it contain several surgery tools and medicines. Her bag is heavy because of the sheer amount of stuff she has.
Special abilities: Being a half Dryad means her biology is partly plant base, she can do simple things like sense other things and absorb nutrients from the sun or the ground without her magic though using her magic to do so is far more effective. She can harden her skin a tiny bit not and produce a small layer of thorns to dissuade people from touch her, though this isn't really effective and uses up more energy than it's worth(it's also super embarrassing and makes her look all weird, very unlikely she will even use this unless it's used in a single area, like her hand.)
The most impressive thing she can do without her magic has got to be her ability to produce various chemicals of different natures within herself. She can produce poisons (or depressants or maybe some helpful chemicals) that she has been exposed to in the past, her half plant biology making her resistant to most humanoid killing poisons. Animal venoms are difficult to reproduce and keep track of, and since they are so foreign compared to plant poisons they are harder to defend against.
She can also switch her respiratory system to function exactly like a plant would making it easier to use her plant abilities. maybe this could be used to keep from drowning if she had another person to suck the carbon dioxide outta a person's breath but this seems like a dumb idea, I mean it's not like you could keep a airtight seal with a persons lips. You know what forget this idea, it didn't happen move on. What are you still here for get a move on! Trying to survive drowning by sucking face for several minutes just sounds so exploitative.
and now the downsides. She's still a person despite her plant biology, so she can be drowned, or poisoned with non plant chemicals. particularly deadly diseases can breach her defenses, and despite how close a fungus might be to a plant she often finds them more as enemies rather than allies. And having those deer always chewing on her when they get the chance is about as frustrating as it can get. Plus even if she's not as flammable as the next person fire does hurt a whole lot more than you'd think and if she chose to harden her skin she becomes more flammable so that's a thing, and it sucks.
(Side note: Neala's immune system is plant based reacting more like a plant than an animal to infection and pathogens)
