Estelle has long black hair, so long in fact that it trails to the floor behind her, and yellow eyes that carry a certain luminescence in the dark, much like a cat’s eyes do when any kind of light hits them. She has soft, pale skin that will often seem to glow in the moonlight, giving her a somewhat ethereal and mystic look at night. [break][break] She wears a red, very revealing corset and a pair of black jean pants, with multiple belts wrapped around her right leg and a few on her left leg. Over the corset she wears a black jacket, acting as some form of replacement for a robe. She wears metal, armored boots and a further armored shin guard on her right shin, as well as an armored gauntlet on her right arm. Her entire left arm is wrapped in bandages Altogether, she could be said to look like she wears whatever she can scavenge from the battlefield, but she wears them well, even if she shows off more of her body than people would like.

Estelle is an aloof woman, though less by choice and more because she feels awkward around people and doesn’t really know how to make herself fit in, despite really wanting to. She feels like she’s bad at making friends and even worse at keeping them, which could be said to be true when you consider the fact that she hasn’t settled down or joined a guild yet, despite having left home to do so. [break][break] She lacks confidence in social situations, yet simply oozes confidence at every other moment that she’s awake, whether it be during combat or whilst working on inventing a new or improved rune to use. She’s confident at doing the things that she knows she’s good at, yet all of that confidence rushes away the moment she has to talk to or interact with people, turning her into a shy and stuttering mess of a girl. [break][break] She’d like to think of herself as an affectionate person and indeed has a lot of love and affection to share, but her inability to seem brave in front of people has left her without anybody to really care for. With a friend or lover she’d be very physically affectionate, though she knows that she’d try her best to stay within the bounds of which somebody feels comfortable. She takes care of what people say and how they feel, though at the same time she accidentally locks her own heart away through fear and shyness.

Estelle had a relatively normal, if poor and impoverished upbringing. Though already poor, her parents did the best they could to provide for her and help her grow strong and healthy, often going hungry themselves so they could feed her. She grew up aware of the suffering the poor went through and wanted nothing more than to help her parents leave their poverty behind them and help them afford to live like ordinary citizens once again. [break][break] When she figured out she could be a wizard, Estelle was ecstatic and chose to follow the first mage she could find, figuring that her parents wouldn’t mind having more food to themselves and that she could start earning money to send back to them. The mage she found was a young man that was an expert at using rune magic, though he was not so good at developing new runes himself. Over the years, Estelle displayed a growing mastery and understanding of the very versatile magic, succeeding him at both the usage of it and the development of new runes as well. [break][break] She left him once he admitted that he had nothing else left to teach her, hoping to join a guild and develop new skills there whilst enhancing what she already knew, only she found mustering up the courage to join a guild rather hard, if not impossible. Having to ask for something felt like the biggest challenge she’d ever faced and she had no clue how to surpass it, so she kept wandering. [break][break] Which is where we find her now, still wandering the continent in hopes that she’ll eventually muster up the courage to join a guild or that a guild would take notice of her expanding and versatile skillset and asker her to join. She’d be able to accept if she was asked, but asking herself felt like an impossible task.

Name: Rune Magic[break] Description: Using her magic power, Estelle is able to write runes on different surfaces without the need for ink or magic pens, allowing her a more versatile use for the magic that most dabbling wizards pick up some minor skills with. With runes the possibilities are almost endless, so long as you can imagine it and know how to make it happen using a rune or a combination of runes. Estelle uses this magic for the most versatility possible, letting her use different kinds of magic in a roundabout way, but anybody that has knowledge of runes can also rewrite a rune to benefit them or hurt their opponent.

Name: Giant Fire Annihilation Rune[break] Element: Fire[break] Description: This rune is a simple rune that many rune magic users know, only it has been amplified by Estelle. Instead of releasing a steady stream of fire, as the simple rune would do to help start campfires and such, this rune releases an immense inferno, rivalling forest fires at it’s absolute greatest, in the direction in front of Estelle. The problem is, she has to remain motionless with her hands both planted on the ground behind the rune in order to power it.
