Floresca is not a very imposing figure, though she is a little taller than average for women in her family. A person is bound to notice her very long ebon hair and steely grey eyes before anything else. Though she is respectably developed, she isn't really all that curvy and her build falls more on the girlish side of things. Her lithe appearance is indicative of her incredible athleticism, agility and overall dexterity. She tends to wear clothing which resembles her stage getup, usually in darker colors with shorts, close fitting tops that don't interfere with movement and tall boots. Often she'll wear hooded zip-up shirts which sport four cerulean-colored stars across the back.

Which personality you get to experience when dealing with Floresca largely depends on the context you meet her in. As just herself, away from the spotlight, Floresca is rather casual and quite approachable. She's rather self-assured and isn't afraid to stand up for herself no matter who she's talking to. When confronted about something she won't back down, though she can be very self-deprecating when she realizes she was being stupid or just plain wrong about something. Floresca really doesn't like seeing people get upset about things so she takes the time to do what she can when the need is there. If her offers of help are rebuffed she tends to take offense though, and this can cause some misunderstandings.
In the spotlight as C.T. MAGE (she insists it's spelled in all caps) she's an exaggerated version of herself. Beyond just being self-assured, she's incredibly stubborn and isn't afraid to ruffle feathers to make sure people know how great she is. Authority figures stick in her persona's craw, so she lampoons them when there are disagreements. She honestly believes she's the best wizard in the world and that she knows what's right. Confrontation is normal and to be expected.
Beyond that she's pretty loyal as long as the respect of a relationship goes both ways. Treat her as a valued ally, friend or lover and you'll get the same respect back. She's got some attachment issues because her father walked out on the family when she was pretty young, so it can get a little hard to get close to her. Mostly because she's afraid if too many people get close they'll just leave her.
Floresca Rosaziri was born and raised in Cerulean Town to parents who were both members of the Light Guild. Her mother had been somewhat well known, more so than her father certainly, but effectively retired in order to raise her children. Floresca's childhood was difficult because her dad squandered the family's money on drink and the like before simply vanishing. Being abandoned by her father set a fire under Floresca which propelled her on a path toward becoming an adventuring hero herself. She would show the world that she was better than her father.
So she began training with her mother at the age of eight, learning the ins and outs of magic and its uses. Eventually she met other kids her age who were likewise training to be adventurers. At the time Floresca was rather girly, tending to dress in frilly dresses which took away any edginess she had. A lot of people didn't take her seriously but her mother seemed to enjoy having her little girl to dote on. It didn't help that she carried a doll around with her sometimes even into her mid-teenage years. Eventually her mother passed away too, leaving Floresca to look out for a little brother a couple of years her junior.
Despite appearances Floresca had actually become pretty adept with her magic, but couldn't bring herself to join the Guild. Not when she needed a steadier income. It was her brother's idea to stage magical battles in the street, with a friend pretending to be a bad guy. Floresca would come in and save the day, then collect donations to help fund her 'crime fighting'. An image change happened as well - gone were the frills and lace, replaced by shorts, casual shirts and hooded sweatshirts or jackets. As Cerulean Town Mage (C.T. MAGE) she gained some notoriety before being approached by a gentleman who looked like a circus ringmaster.
He represented MagiBattle, an entertainment oriented magical battle show which toured Fiore. Floresca was offered a steady contract for her services, and so she became a 'Professional Caster'. After a couple of years MagiBattle proved too small for her ambitions and Wizard's Challenge happened to come around. They ran the same kinds of shows but were a bigger troupe with a larger following. Upon debuting for them, C.T. MAGE became a minor celebrity and fan favorite. Audiences have taken to her snarkiness and confidence, to the point where she's an antihero with more support than the main 'hero' of the show. Her brother left working as stage crew to settle down in Cerulean Town, and is kind of embarrassed about Floresca's work. For her it's a way of life, even if she butts heads with her bosses somewhat often.
Primary Magic
Name: Space Gap Manipulation Description: Floresca's magic is based around manipulating space in the immediate area around herself. For her shows this often takes the form of opening small portals or gaps which come out in a different spot within about 20 feet or so. Only one or two people can fit through such gaps depending on their size. She combines this with her footspeed to strike opponents from unexpected directions and set traps. Additionally she can take a gap which has opened and convert its energy into a whirling vortex which can either suck things in or shoot pure force outward.
Signature Ability
Name: Twist of Fate Element: Space(?) Description: The Twist of Fate takes what Floresca normally does and amplifies it greatly. She summons several smaller gaps and channels their energy into her body, strengthening the force with which she can strike a foe. Wind howls as she moves, often using gaps as usual, but at heightened speed and force of strike.
